Innovative membrane cell technology
The new (patented) cell design is characterized by its clear
and simple concept, allowing to minimize the number of components
and the operational safety in all aspects.
Water cooled cell block
The double shell cell block with its integrated cooling circuit
offers maximum safety and allows operation on a high output
level without the danger of overheating or potential damage
to the cell. It also protects against any leakage. The cell
and the other components operate generally under vacuum but
nowhere under pressure helping to minimize breakage or ware
of material.
Energy efficient
The energy necessary to generate the chlorine and the heat
formed is transferred into the water to be treated avoiding
loss.
Multi-stage mixing
Another innovation of the technology is the triple-stage mixing
of the chlorine gas/water solution. This improves the solubility
of chlorine gas into the water and reduces the formation of
undesirable by-products during disinfection.
