Useful Options:
WAPOTEC® ZilvoldHF Electrolysis units are very complete
set-ups even in the standard configuration and require little
preparation on site for installation. However it is possible
to add some useful options which can make the installation
an ever better investment, including
• pH neutral production:
The units can be delivered to produce a virtually pH neutral
chlorine solution by recycling the separated sodium hydroxide
(NaOH) with our specially designed NaOH Recycling System.
• Integrated pH value/alkalinity control:
Depending on the conditions of the filling water or the water
to be treated features can be added to optimize pH value or
alkalinity.
• Mobile messaging:
In case of disturbances, the PLC with a special module can
trigger clear SMS text messages to any suitable unit to receive
for a quick and efficient reaction.
• Data logging and remote control:
The units can be fitted with modules which can send (e.g. XLS
data for logging) and/or receive data via RS232 cable, allowing
to supervise, control, adjust and handle errors during operation.
